Day 01: Hunza Autumn Tour - Pickup from the airport and transfer to the hotel.
On this day, meet our guide at the Islamabad International Airport and drive to the hotel. Taking advantage of the favourable autumn weather in Islamabad, start exploring the twin cities - Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Acclimatize and prepare for the breathtaking autumn scenery ahead. Drive to Saeed Pur’s famous Hindu Mandir. Explore the Pakistan Monument, which reflects the history, culture, and landscape of Pakistan. Drive to Rawalpindi city and walk past the busy streets of Raja Bazaar and Sadar Market. After exploring the twin cities, drive back to Islamabad and savor local Pakistani food at F-6 Market.
Day 02: Begin the Journey to the north.
On this day, via the Hazara Motorway, begin the journey towards Hunza Valley. As you arrive at Shogran and Kaghan Valley, find yourself amidst the dense forest and alpine valleys, providing you with the first glimpse of autumn colors. Travel to Siri Payee to witness the vibrant seasonal colors of the valley. Continue the journey onward to Naran Valley and spend the night in the peaceful settings of Naran.
Day 03: Continue the Drive Onward to Hunza Valley.
On this day of the Hunza Autumn Tour, continue the journey onward to the Babusar Top. Make your next stop at Lulusar Lake. Enjoy snow at Babusar Pass and savor a delicious evening meal at New Moon Restaurant while descending from Babusar Top. After refueling, continue the journey towards Gilgit city. Along the way, stop at the Three mountain Junction point at Jaglot, where the Karakoram, Himalayan, and Hindu Kush mountains converge. Drive further to Gilgit and the Nagar Valley. Marvel at the majestic views of Rakaposhi from Ghulmet Nagar, and take a tea break at Rakaposhi View Point while enjoying the famous local bread known as Chapshro. Witness the beautiful seasonal colors in Nagar Valley against the backdrop of the snow-capped Rakaposhi mountain. After a long drive to Hunza Valley, relax and take a good night's sleep at Moksha Resort Hunza.
Day 04: Immerse yourself in the Autumn colors in Hunza Valley.
On this day, begin the Hunza Valley autumn exploration. Drive to the Altit Royal Garden and witness the dramatic red foliage of the apple trees. Walk through the orchards of Altit and Karimabad while clicking beautiful pictures with the stunning contrast of autumn color. Hike to Baltit Fort and gaze upon the beautiful seasonal colors covering the entire valley. Drive to Mertikew Den Gulmit, where thousands of Poplar trees turn the entire vicinity into golden serenity. Walk through the narrow streets and witness the golden leaves of the Poplar trees gracefully falling from the trees, creating a stunning autumn atmosphere. Hike to Ondra Poyga and gaze upon Gulmit, Ghulkin, and Shishket villages all at once. Spend the night amidst autumn serenity in Gulmit village.
Day 05: Continue the Autumn Exploration of Hunza Valley.
On this day of the Hunza Autumn Tour, continue exploration and drive to Kamaris Gulmit, which provides you with a 360-degree view of the entire vicinity. From there, drive to Ghulkin village, which is the first eco-friendly village in Pakistan. After exploring, cross the Ghulkin Glacier on foot and reach Borith. Enjoy quality time near Borith Lake on a sunny autumn day. Hike to Passu Glacier View Point and take in the sights of the beautiful Passu White Glacier. Return to Hussaini village and experience crossing the famous Hussaini Suspension bridge. Day 06: Explore the Autumn Colors of Khunjerab National Park.
On this Day of the autumn tour, travel to Khunjerab National Park to witness the seasonal colors of the vast land. Along the way, observe wildlife such as the Himalayan ibexes and Marmots. These animals are seen close to human settlements during the autumn season. Upon arrival, find yourself surrounded by vast meadows, with their grass transformed into golden hues against the snow-capped mountains. Enjoy the rest of the day at the park before returning to Gulmit village for the night's stay.
Day 07: Return to Islamabad.
On this day of the Hunza Autumn Tour, begin the return journey towards Naran Valley. Via the same route, drive past Nagar Valley and Gilgit city to reach the Babusar Pass. Travel onward to Naran, Shogran, and Kaghan Valley and shift to the Hazara Motorway to reach Islamabad. Spend one last night in Islamabad city.
Day 08: Fly Back Home.
On the last day of the tour, bid farewell to your guide and driver and board a flight home. Relive all the unforgettable memories and beautiful moments you made from the Hunza Autumn Tour.
