Khunjerab National Park Tour Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Starting the journey from Islamabad.
Our guest will start the Khunjerab Pass Tour from Islamabad, the first day includes a drive from Islamabad to Naran Valley, whereas, during winters, the Karakoram Highway will be chosen. Along the way, our guests will enjoy travelling through the alpine settings of Shogran and Kaghan. The first night will be spent in Naran Valley.
Day 02: Continue the Journey to Hunza Valley via the Babusar Pass.
The journey continues to Hunza on the second day, the road navigates through many tourist attractions such as Lulusar Lake, Babusar Pass, and three mountain junction points at Jaglot. Our guests will take a short break at each attraction to take pictures. The participants will shift from the Babusar Pass route to the Karakoram Highway at Chilas and witness the magnificent view of the Nanga Parbat peak.
Along the Karakoram Highway, the participants will explore Gilgit city and Nagar Valley before arriving at the final destination. At Nagar Valley, the participants will savor the famous traditional food known as Chapshro.
Day 03: Departure for Khunjerab National Park
On this day, the participants will pass through stunning villages and scenic mountain terrains to reach Khunjerab Pass. Along the way, our guest will learn about the Hunza Carved Rocks situated at Ganish Valley. Navigating alongside the scenic route, the participants will enter the Gojal Valley, which has a lot to offer.
The participants will journey past the famous Borith Lake, Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Passu Cones, and enter the famous Sost Bazar. After taking the evening lunch, the travel will continue, and our guest will enter Khunjerab at Deh, the starting point of the national park.
After spending the whole day at Khunjerab Pass, witnessing snow, observing wildlife, and taking pictures in the stunning landscape and meadows of Khunjerab, our guest will return to Hunza Valley for the night stay.
Day 04: Discover the Gojal Valley
On this day, our participants will visit the beautiful Gojal Valley. Our guest will start the day by experiencing a light adventure at Hussaini Suspension Bridge. During the hot summer days, our guests will visit Borith Lake for a refreshing swim.
The journey will continue towards the next destination, where the participants will take a short hike to witness the eye-catching Passu Glacier and majestic Shisper peak standing tall in the background.
To catch a glimpse of the sunset in Hunza Valley, our guest will hike to Ondra Poyga, the longest stairs in Pakistan. Further, the exploration for the day will be ended with visiting the handicraft center in Gulmit village called the Korgha Carpet Center.
Day 05: Drive back to Naran or Besham
On this day, our guest will start the journey back toward Islamabad. Along the same route, our guests will refresh their memories once again while navigating through Nagar Valley, Gilgit, Chilas Valley, and Babusar pass. The night on the fifth day will be spent in Naran.
Day 06: Arrival in Islamabad and end of the Khunjerab National Park Tour
The following day, our guests will leave for Islamabad via the Hazara Motorway. Along the way, travellers will gaze upon the beautiful settings of Shogran and Kaghan Valley. The Khunjerab Pass tour concludes upon arrival in Islamabad.
