While exploring Altit village, don't forget to visit the Shiqam project site, where a team of women entrepreneurs designs and assembles furniture and other handicrafts. Drive to Karimabad Hunza and explore the lively bazaar. Try the local cuisine at Hunza Food Pavilion, and for a good midday meal, make your next stop at Dawat Hunza. After refueling, continue the historic exploration of Hunza. Explore the wonders at Baltit Fort (over 700 years old).
