Day 01: Arrival in Hunza Valley
Meet your local guide at Gilgit Airport and begin your journey towards Shimshal Valley. On this day of the Shimshal Valley Tour, you will explore:

Day 02: Drive from Passu to Shimshal Valley
On this day of the Shimshal Valley Tour, get into your vehicle and begin your off-road journey. The Shimshal Valley road turns off at the foot of the famous Passu Cones, just after you cross the small hamlet of Passu. As you cross the first bridge, the track turns into a complete off-road journey till the end. Enjoy an off the beaten path traveling through a narrow gorge where every step is challenging. You might feel excited at some places while possibly feeling fear at some locations as the jeep passes through mountain terrains. Upon arrival, the locals will welcome you with warm smiles on their faces. The night will be spent in tranquil surroundings at a local guest house. - A passage through a very challenging road deep in the Karakoram, and crossing the Perian, the section of the road that is carved through a high mountain.
- The famous Mulungutti Glacier, which becomes visible as you arrive at a location called Kuk, along the Shimshal road.

Day 03: Exploration of Shimshal Valley
Begin your Shimshal Valley discovery, the valley which is rooted deep in the Karakoram and is considered a paradise for trekkers and climbers. Interact with the local Wakhi community, learn the local traditions, and explore the natural beauty of the rugged Karakoram valleys. As you explore Shimshal, visit attractions such as,
- Khudorg Wodh, the highest point above the valley, from where you can get a panoramic view of the vicinity.
- Furmonabad and Shamsobod villages, the two small hamlets of the region.
- Trek to the Yazghil Glacier (20 Km long glacier), which is a short yet scenic trek in the region. It offers you the best view of the Yazghil White Glacier.
- Try the local Chilpindoq, the local bread mixed with butter, milk, and yogurt. Savour the rare delicacy of Yak meat, which Shimshal is famous for.
Day 04: Return from Shimshal
Begin the return journey from Shimshal, following the same dirt road back to Passu village. Witness the highest peak of Hunza - the Distaghil Sar near Kuk. Join the Karakoram Highway near the famous Passu Cones. Take a short lunch break at Yak Grill Passu, and enjoy a rare delicacy of Yak meat. Continue the journey towards Gilgit City. Retire to bed and enjoy a comfy evening at your hotel.
Day 05: Gilgit to Islamabad
